韦兰胶生物聚合物调驱技术可行性初探

Abstract: The feasibility of using welan gum biopolymer solution in flooding in Yanchang Chang 2 reservoir was studied through laboratory experiment. Its viscosity concentration relationship, temperature resistance, shear resistance, salt resistance and viscoelasticity of the solution were evaluated. And on this basis, the effects of the amount injected and the injection solution concentration on the drag coefficient, the residual drag coefficient and the oil displacement efficiency were preliminarily studied through the displacement experiments on single cores and
parallel cores. The results showed that the welan gum biopolymer solution belongs to non-Newtonian fluid. It has good temperature resistance, salt resistance and shear resistance and strong viscoelasticity. The injection concentration of the welan gum biopolymer has great influence on the flooding effects. The higher injection concentration, the higher oil displacement efficiency. The injection volume has little effects on the flooding result. When the concentration is 1000mg /L ~ 3000mg /L, the drag coefficient is 6. 2 ~ 59. 6 and the residual drag coefficient is 5.

Parallel core flow changes obviously after injection of oil displacement agent, ( high permeability zone flow decreases, and a significant increase in low permeability zone flow) , the flooding effect is increased by 15. 4% , the erosion resistance is strong. Welan gum biopolymer can be used in Yanchang Chang 2 reservoir. It is recommended that the injection concentration is 1500 mg /L to 3000 mg /L and the injection volume is 0. 3PV. 

摘要: 针对延长长 2油藏,通过室内试验,进行了韦兰胶生物聚合物溶液调驱技术的可行性研究,评价了韦兰胶生物聚合物溶液的黏浓关系、抗温性、抗剪切性、抗盐性和黏弹性,在此基础上通过单只岩心和并联岩心的调驱实验,对韦兰胶生物聚合物溶液的注入量、注入浓度对阻力系数、残余阻力系数和驱油效率等影响进行了初步研究,结果表明,韦兰胶生物聚合物溶液属于非牛顿流体,其抗温性、抗盐性、抗剪切性良好,具有强的黏弹性。韦兰胶生物聚合物的注入浓度对调驱效果影响较大,浓度愈大,驱油效率愈高,注入量对调驱效果影响较小,当浓度为1000~3000mg/L,其阻力系数为 6.2~59.6,残余阻力系数 5.3~50.4,并联岩心注入调驱剂后流量变化明显(高渗区流量减小,低渗区流量显著增加),调驱效果最大增加 15.4%,耐冲刷性强。韦兰胶生物聚合物可以用于延长油田长 2油藏,建议注入浓度 1500~3000mg/L,注入量 0.3PV。
